How Do WDI Inspections Work?
When you order a WDI inspection for the transfer of ownership, our trained inspector will visually evaluate the home, inside and out. Our inspectors are trained to look for any signs of current or previous evidence of these pests. Other structures on the property such as outbuildings, can be added to the inspection as well. A major benefit that we provide is our ability to provide on-the-spot treatment if necessary, following the inspection.
What Does a WDI Report Consist Of?
A WDI report will provide specific details of any findings of live activity, evidence of any activity, and any damage that may be visibly present at the time. If treatment is recommended, the report will also include a graph of the structure with the exact location of the pests or damage, as well as their treatment recommendations.
