Greg was great! Took the time needed and didn’t feel rushed!

Very polite new his business well.. I would recommend Alford to my family and friends.

My technician, Kurt Newhouse, did an amazing job on my recent termite service! He left me a very detailed service summary explaining what he did and the status of the termite stations on my property. I loved that he left me with a physical copy of the service summary and sent it in an email. I feel he went above and beyond what he was required to do on my service visit, and I’m very pleased with the service he provided!

Greg always arrives when scheduled and explains what he’s going to do. He’s professional and polite. Highly recommend

Kurt always is on time and professional. I trust him in everything he suggests.

Allen was very professional & friendly! He was very thorough checking out what needed to be done throughout our home. Excellent service!

Unfortunately some of the termite tubes were overlooked on our last service. Particularly the perimeter of our out building

I had termites wanting to take up residency!! Donnie was recommended to me...talked to him and he gave estimate and took care of it in 2 days!! He was very quick to respond, very thorough and explained everything to me! To say I'm pleased is an understatement...no 🐜 ants or bugs of any kind! I highly recommend them👍😀

Kurt has always been right there when we need him and our house has been pest free!
