Shannon is a local from Elkview, WV and has been with Alford Pest Control since 2018. She joins us with prior experience in customer service as well as medical billing. 

Her day to day position includes supporting the pest technicians and serving customers. 

Shannon says what she enjoys most about working at Alford is her coworkers and the friendships she has been able to create. She also enjoys interacting with customers and helping them correct their pest issues. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sons, racing cars, and spending time outdoors.
